Prototyping

Prototyping is a critical step in investment casting. We work closely with you to optimize designs and eliminate flaws early, reducing costs and ensuring high-performance castings. Our advanced 3D printing technology allows us to produce accurate prototypes quickly.

Tooling

We provide complete in-house tooling manufacturing, making us a one-stop solution forinvestment castingfrom concept and design to final production.

Tooling is a crucial step in the investment casting process, where we engineer precision moulds that create the negative forms used to produce high-quality castings, including prototypes.

By manufacturing tools and castings in-house, we ensure unmatched consistency, technical excellence, and attention to detail at every stage. Our expert design team leverages cutting-edge tooling methods to bring even the most intricate and complex casting conceptsto life.

With seamless collaboration across our global teams, we respond quickly and efficiently to design modifications, allowing us to deliver industry-leading lead times without compromising quality.

Why Our In-House Tooling is an Advantage:

  • Seamless tooling and casting integration
  • Faster lead times with full in-house control
  • High flexibility to accommodate design changes
  • Cost-effective and optimized for efficiency
  • End-to-end traceability for quality assurance

We handle all tooling in-house, ensuring precision and efficiency for your investment casting needs.

Testing

Quality is non-negotiable. Every casting undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets the highest standards.

Material & Chemical Composition Testing:

  • Spectroscopy Analysis

Mechanical Property Testing:

  • Tensile Testing
  • Hardness Testing (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers)
  • Impact Testing (Charpy/Izod)

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):

  • Visual Inspection (VT)
  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT/DPT)
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT)
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Radiographic Testing (X-ray/RT)

Dimensional & Geometrical Testing:

  • Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Inspection
  • 3D Scanning & Laser Measurement

Pressure & Leak Testing (if required):

  • Hydrostatic Testing
  • Pneumatic Testing
  • Helium & Nitrogen

Microstructural Analysis:

  • Metallography
  • Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)

With both NDT and destructive testing, we ensure that every casting meets the highest performance standards for aerospace, automotive, industrial, and medical applications
